• Use services in ways that harm our systems or reputation

11. Support and Maintenance

We provide technical support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EAT). Emergency support may be available for critical issues depending on your service plan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
